In short. This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, no tracking and no advertising, and has no contact form. Fonts and images are delivered by this website itself – no connection is made to Google Fonts or other external content providers when you visit.
Hosting and server log files. This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, IONOS automatically processes technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system, status code) in server log files. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data and is deleted after the retention period set by IONOS. Contact by email or phone. If you contact us, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, message) only to handle your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Newsletter. The newsletter link leads to a signup form provided by Brevo (Paris, France) on sibforms.com. A connection to Brevo is made only when you open that link. Information you enter there is submitted directly to Brevo and processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR); you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter. External links. Links to music platforms, labels, social media and Linktree only take effect when you click them. From then on, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
Your rights. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw any consent given with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach).
